Planning activities in sprint 12

During sprint 12, we held several workshops. The first workshop was to map our known personas across a potential air quality alert service.

The personas were:

We divided the alert service into several vertical sections or modes and listed the potential touchpoints for each one.

The sections were:

  • Discovery - how a user might discover the service
  • Sign up - how a user signs up to receive alerts
  • Notification - what happens when a user receives an alert
  • Review - understanding the context of an alert
  • Unsubscribe - how a user can unsubscribe from the service
